Vacancy Announcement: SRHR Coordinator

The Fiji Disabled Peoples Federation (FDPF) is inviting applications for the position of Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) Coordinator, based at the FDPF Secretariat in Suva.

This is a 9-month contract role from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026. The role is vital in strengthening inclusive, rights-based sexual and reproductive health services for persons with disabilities across Fiji. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, coordinate with key partners, and support advocacy and service delivery in line with national and regional disability frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • University Diploma in Public Health, Social Policy, Gender Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within health advocacy or the disability sector
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to prepare reports and represent FDPF in high-level consultations
  • Deep commitment to the rights of persons with disabilities and understanding of SRHR issues in Fiji
